1、负责对接销售团队，协助大区进行上传下达，管理大区内的日常运作

2、提供销售数据分析:熟练收集分析销售数据，运用数据透视等表格工具分析销售业务等报表的制作，同时协助大区进行销售 管理工作。

3、及时收集/汇总各类数据，协调部署开展每周DM管理会及大区会。负责人岗架构关系调整，进行月度辖区调整，季度年度指 标架构调整，销售团队文件起草等行政事宜，确保销售团队公司内外部的有效沟通。

4、与各跨部门紧密联系（雷达/财务/SFE等），以协调销售

5、定期开展大区财务/合规等培训，确保大区合规化运行。

Qualifications & Skills:

1、细致/负责/主动，学习和沟通协调能力强，本科学历；

2、熟练运用Excel公式/函数等工具进行数据分析，及具备幻灯制作能力
