Purpose of the role:

  • Enable business-focused technology decisions (re-use or purchase) across the global enterprise through complexity, cost reduction, risk management, assurance, informed, user experience

  • focused decision-making

  • Promote the re-use of existing technology already available, through managing the Technology Readiness & You (TRY) Process to reduce redundancy, complexity, and needless cost within Takeda’s DD&T landscape

  • Align Enterprise Architecture (EA) Priorities of Agile Governance and Operating with Transparency by supporting the proactive maintenance of a healthy DD&T landscape

  • Provide a consultative service to guide the requestors on how to bring technology into Takeda and connect downstream to adjacent processes (e.g., Architecture Governance, Procurement team, PLAY, and TPRM).

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor the current TRY (Technology Readiness & You) process

  • Support Takeda in efficent and active use of the process

  • Promote and make Takeda busienss aware of the process

  • Maintain and enhance the process to include all Applications & Platfroms Owners

  • Maintain and enhance supporting systems, documents, reference materials, web protals, etc.

  • Provide education, training, office hours to edcuate and upskill the business in the TRY process

  • Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Consistently demonstrates good communication skills and collaboration

  • Strong PC literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Change readiness and ability to adapt quickly to priority changes.

  • Proven ability to be proactive, resourceful and problem solver

  • Ability and willingness to take on additional projects and initiatives as the need arises
