Job Description
We are looking for students who are currently enrolled at a local educational institution and the internship is recognized as part of the school's official curriculum. Successful applicants must commit to a 20/24 weeks internship during the period from Jul - Dec 2024
Job Scope
The overall internship objective is to gain technical expertise on the product and process by:
• Supporting development laboratory and process activities including day to day operations as identified and assigned by supervisor
• Acquiring process understanding from subject matter experts in order to provide support for ongoing development and small-scale projects
• Execute small-scale studies as planned by process development engineers
• Using statistical tools for interpretation of results and preparation of reports and readouts
• Supporting manufacturing operations through technical support and monitoring of process performance (Purification/Cell Culture)
• Assist in detecting and resolving process issues
• Assist in implementing projects, process improvements and/or optimizations
• Assisting in transferring new technologies or processes
• Support process validation and qualification programs through data support and execution of sampling plans
Job Requirement
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, Power point.
• Able to logically solve problems in order to find timely solutions.
• An ability to interact and communicate with all types of personalities in an effective and diplomatic manner.
