About the role:
Are you a dynamic and hands-on communication all-rounder with a proven track record in communication and content creation?
We are looking for a passionate individual to take on the role of Corporate Communications Professional and become a key member of our team at Takeda in Austria. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing communication strategies and crafting compelling content across various platforms.
How you will contribute:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to elevate Takeda’s visibility, reputation, and employee engagement, while enhancing our employer branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional and diverse teams as well as internal and external stakeholders, media representatives and agencies, to ensure consistent messaging and target group-oriented content (main internal target group in pharmaceutical manufacturing).
Proactively research and contribute to topic areas such as People, Patient, Planet, focusing on Innovation, Data, Digital & Technology, and Transformation, while evaluating external collaborations.
Create engaging content for internal and external channels (press releases, advertorials, social media, websites, videos, newsletters, intranet etc.), and maintenance of content and channels.
Project management and active participation in projects.
Monitor and analyze communication activities to measure impact and effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement .
Ownership, organization, coordination, and follow-up reporting of events , visits, and meetings.
Administrative activities, e.g. translations, orders, updating materials, KPI reports etc.
What you bring to Takeda:
Strong educational background in the field of communication and proven experience in a communication role with a portfolio of successful projects.
Intrinsic motivation and the urge to make a difference by supporting and engaging others in communicating business topics and highlighting their successes. Having fun working in a small team of experts partnering with multiple stakeholders.
Reliable and flexible team player with hands-on and result-oriented way of working.
Ability and enjoy managing different topics at the same time, showing perseverance in a dynamic environment.
Role model for embracing new technologies , championing the adoption with colleagues and inspiring change and transformation.
Creative and out-of-the-box thinking, while ensuring compliance with all guidelines of a pharmaceutical company.
High degree of integrity, professionalism , and ethical standards.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English.
What Takeda can offer you:
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 3.909,67 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
